Returns & Exchanges
Sizing and comfort may be determined by trying on shoes in a clean, indoor setting. Shoes cannot be returned if they are worn outdoors or in any game play. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if items meet the following criteria:
- Must be in original packaging.
- Packaging must include shoebox, tags, and any items included when received.
- Product must be unused and in the same new condition as when it was received (including shoebox).
- Please use external packaging to ship. If shoebox is taped or damaged a $10 restocking fee will be applied or deducted from the refund.
If items are returned without original packaging and have any signs of use a refund is not guaranteed and may not be given. Shipping, taxes, fees, duties, etc. not covered for orders outside of the U.S..
Returns & Exchanges Coverage (U.S. only):
- By selecting Returns & Exchanges Coverage at checkout, your shipping cost will be covered on returns and your order is protected from being lost, stolen, damaged or shipped incorrectly.

If you choose not to purchase Returns & Exchange coverage, your package will not have shipping protection and you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
