Our number one goal is customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us and share your experience.

Six Month Outsole Warranty

Warranty only covers the rubber outsole of the shoe. In order to qualify, a claim must be submitted within 180 calendar days from the date of purchase and meet the following criteria:

  • The outsole must be completely worn through exposing the insole or upper material on the bottom of the shoe. Any damage to the toe crash pad (toe bumper), or upper material of the shoe will not be covered under the outsole warranty.
  • The wear of the outsole must have resulted only from playing pickleball or tennis. Shoes that are not used properly or that are negligently or intentionally damaged will not be replaced.
  • Exposure of different colors of rubber does not qualify - the upper material must be visible through the outsole.
  • Each sole warranty shoe is limited to a one-time replacement per purchase.
  • Montis will evaluate and determine whether the shoe qualifies.
  • If the shoe that was purchased is unavailable or discontinued, store credit in the amount of the original purchase price may be applied to another pair of shoes.
  • Sole warranties are valid in the continental U.S. only.
  • Warranty only valid for full retail price of $109 per pair and up.

 

To submit a claim:

To submit a claim send an email to info@montispickleball.com with the subject “Outsole Warranty”. The following information must be included:

  • Proof of purchase through order number or image of receipt.
  • Attach photos of the wear of the sole.
  • If approved, a shipping fee of $10 will be applied to receive your new pair of shoes. You will receive a link to pay, once paid, Montis will send your new pair of shoes.

 

 

Shoe Defects

If for some reason there is a defect with your shoes, you may contact us at info@montispickleball.com immediately for assistance. Please provide your order number and a description of the issue including pictures of the defect when possible. Once received we will send a prepaid label for return of the shoes.

All defect claims will be inspected after the product is returned to us. Products that have been worn down through normal use or misuse will not be covered. If a new and unused product is found to be defective, you will receive an exact replacement or the value of purchase. For confirmed defects that occur after customer use, the resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the item and the nature of the defect. If a defect cannot be confirmed, the product will be subject to our normal return policy.
