Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if items meet the following criteria:

• Must be in original packaging.
• Packaging must include shoebox, tags, and any items included when received.
• Product must be unused and in the same new condition as when it was received (including shoebox).
• Please use external packaging to ship. If shoebox is taped or damaged a $10 restocking fee will be applied or deducted from the refund.

If items are returned without original packaging and have any signs of use a refund is not guaranteed. Shipping, taxes, fees, duties, etc. not covered for orders outside of the U.S..  If you have any questions please contact info@montispickleball.com.
